Salvation -Comes in desperate hours, Angels on high proclaim these powers.-
The young earthen colored female lay curled in the cover of the tall oak. Her travels had tired her, but there was no escape from time or the world. Not even in slumber would she fall into the blackness, each time a different story would be told to her. A different place and time would be revealed. Her deep breathing slowed, a paw twitched. She was dead to this world as she became completely still.
A gentle breeze caressed her fur, paws churned the air as the stretched forward and backward. She shouldn't be going anywhere without friction to force her forward, but she was. Sal was flying. The speed picked up and she rode with the wind becoming ever stronger. Soon all was a blur, a flash of light, and all was silent. Her surroundings felt different, the temperature had dropped. Soon the wind whipped around her and stung her eyes and nose. Breathtaking basic element eyes opened. A vast wasteland of snow opened up in front of her. Instantly her ears flattened to her skull, her tail clung to her legs. Young whimpers were ripped away by the harsh wind. This was all too familiar.
"Ma!"
She howled, but once again her words were lost. All was lost. Slumping down into the snow, the young wolf closed her eyes, wanting to escape the scene. Wanting to forget.
Deeply shaken Sal raised herself to her paws, her legs quivering softly. It was only a dream... Or something like it. Dreams didn't exist in Sal's world. Everything she saw was real. It was her gift at times. In times like this, 'twas a curse. Sal's reality was true. Her only hope was to banish these occurences by finding a family and being happy again.

Wanderer is leating 3 democe [how ever u spell it] wolfs be, u know the ones that die but can be ''reborn''. [atrb=border,0,true][atrb=cellSpacing,0,true][atrb=cellPadding,0,true][atrb=width,400,true] | [atrb=background,http://i437.photobucket.com/albums/qq95/amanda1472/ca2.jpg]
Cindy was flying lightly, her wings loving the fell of the cool morning. But her spirit did not like this at all, being a cheetah on a cold day was not fun. But they ran together, Cindy in the air while Affi stayed on the ground. The fae was a pupsitter, and she was proud of that.
The female's sharp blue eyes saw something in the snow, though it could be dead. Cindy looked down at Affi and her spirit nodded, they headed its way. And as they got closer Cindy could tell it was another wolf, female by the smell, young too. ''Hello?'', The fae landed, her wings bringing up some snow, she wondered why this femme was here all alone, no pack, no nothing. Affi had a answer to that, Loner. Cindy rolled her eyes to her cheetah, and waved a wing at the wolf, they where just a few feet away.

The smell of earth and rot is carried on the wind into the young female's sense of smell. Radiant colours dance around her. One old oak shed it's golden and red leaves down on the dingy colored fae. Her element threaded eyes danced with joy at the weather. A slight breeze leapt through her coat. Feeling like a pup again the loner femme brought her hindpaws to touch her forepaws. Bunching her muscles she surged straight up into the air and twisted her body, snapping at a stray leaf before landing awkwardly and rolling in the glory of the day. Pink tongue falling out the side of her grinning muzzle she laid there, her limbs staicking up in the air. Funny how moods can just switch on you. However there is barely a reason to stay depressed all the time. Gentle butterfly wings kissed her ears softly. One ear flopping forward she flipped to her belly and looked up. Whoa. That was so not a butterfly. Rather it was a wolf with butterfly wings. Such a pretty sight. Rising to her paws, Sal corrected herself and stood straight with pride. Always the lady Sal was. The winged wolf- and... cheetah?- came to rest a few feet from her gracious presence. A lopsided smile was thrown onto the female loner's face. Uncertaintly the other female greets Sal.
"Well, hello there. I'm Salvation. I don't mind if you'd call me Sal though."
This was not the time to be careful and cautious. What could happen with a butterfly wolf? Yes. This was one of Sal's carefree moods. A deep sigh heaved out of her muzzle as she waited for an answer.

Cindy smiled as the fae rose to her paws, she seemed full of pride and self confidence. Something Cindy new wolves of high ranking would need. Cindy could not stop smiling as the wolf in front of her smiled her own crooked grin, well Affi was not so pleased and went of her own way. Today was not her good day.
But the winged wolf folded her blue wings and took a small step forward, her blue eyes sparkling with awe. ''Lovely name. I like it, Salvation, real pretty.'', moving her other paw Cindy was now half a foot closer, tail wagging slowly from side to side. ''But what do you do in the pack lands?'', Cindy tilted her head, truly curious now. She hopped Salvation would not get in trouble with Soriance.

It's obvious that Sal had forgotten her place as a lowly loner, an intruder. Although this female didn't quite seem like an Alphess she had a sense of... authority around her. Like a mother. Corrected, the grey wolf let her ears turn back without flattening and her tail dropped to equal her spine. The pack wolf grinned, Sal averted her gaze from her eyes. If there was one thing she was here for, it certainly wasn't to challenge anyone. The cheetah's movement was caught in the corner of Sal's shining eyes and she crouched slightly, uneasy at the presence of another hunter. To the loner female's satisfaction, the cheetah left. Slowly raising herself to full height, her attention returned to the butterfly wolf. One step brought them closer, but Sal kept her head slightly lowered as she showed her unimportance to the pack wolf. Wolf instincts never wear out. Hearing her own name being called, her ears flew forward to attention. Having heard no one say that in years can have that effect on you. The pack wolf moved forward again, the closing gap made Sal feel anxious but she dealt with it. Never in her life had she shown her subordinance. Sal had never needed to. The wolf's voice sounded yet again and Salvation tilted her head slightly. She didn't offer her name... Of course, as a loner she might not be trusted.
"I don't mean to intrude. I suppose I wandered a little too far. Now that I'm here, I might consider joining."
The young female answered gently, not a shred of whine passing through her voice. Her ears flattened again before she added on quickly.
"If that's an option, I don't want to force myself on anyone."

The female watched the new girl. She seemed hesitant, but not evil. Cindy decided that maybe she was not a bad guy, ''Well then, follow me. And I am Cindy, and the cheetah is Affi''. She flicked her tail to the fae and started to make her way to the camp clearing, hoping the alphess was there. ''No we need new members'', Looking back, she saw Affi slowly making her way to camp, way at the back. Cindy wondered why the animal never used her speed, and instead always used the excuse of saving her energy. Giggling the smaller fae started to flap her wings, her feet just a few inches of the floor. ''I am sure she would love to speak to you''. Glancing around the winged pup-sitter smiled and made her way to walk by the new girl Salvation, wondering what rank she would be if she even got in.
